There are many related tools and software packages available that will help you get the most out of your scan data or 3D scanner. Below you will find some of the auxiliary software on the market today that can help solve even the most specialized 3D scanning or measurement requirements.

• Rapidform Basis

  Rapidform Basis is a free viewer application for the collaboration of points clouds, meshes, NURBS surfaces, inspection reports and more. The ability to view inspection reports from Rapidform XOV outside of a web browser is one of Rapidform Basis' best features.

• Geomagic Blade

  Geomagic Blade provides specialized features for evaluating, testing and qualifying turbine blades, stators, rotors and components. As an extension to Qualify, Geomagic Blade enables complete surface and feature inspection for 100% part verification.

• Metris KUBE

  KUBE Scan, a module of Metris KUBE, is included with all of Metris' ModelMaker handheld 3D scanning systems. KUBE Tools+, an advanced toolset for manipulating scan data, and KUBE Inspect+, a simple inspection toolset, are both available as add-on modules to the Metris KUBE suite.
